MyConsecration provides all the resources you need to follow St. Louis de Montfort’s Total Consecration to Jesus Christ through Mary. The consecration method, developed by St. Louis de Montfort in his book True Devotion to Mary, is a complete surrender of oneself to Jesus through calling upon His Mother’s powerful intercession.   As for Mary the mother of Jesus, we do hear a little bit more about her in the Bible after the gospels. We learn in the gospels themselves that she was from Nazareth in Galilee and that God sent the angel Gabriel to tell her that even though she was a virgin, she was going to become the mother of the Messiah.

Mary Magdalene’s Gnosis is displayed in full in the Gospel of Mary. Contrary to popular belief, the Gospel of Mary is not found in the Nag Hammadi library (although most versions include it). A more complete version of this gospel can be found in the Berlin Codex, originally discovered in the late 19 th century in Upper Egypt. Within its well. Mary, the mother of Jesus, is one of the few women mentioned in scripture and the only one whose life and ministry were prophesied about centuries before her birth (see 1 Nephi , 18; Mosiah ; Alma ). 1 The New Testament authors of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John provide only glimpses into her life and ministry because their focus is rightly concentrated on the Savior.

Now Jesus responds to Judas, and gives three reasons why he should leave Mary alone. And these three reasons sum up the point of the whole story. Verse 7: “Jesus said [to Judas], ‘Leave her alone, so that she may keep it for the day of my burial. For the poor you always have with you, but you do not always have me.”. A famous little book based on the teaching of Fr. Chaminade. "Conversations" between the disciple of Mary on the one hand and Jesus and the Blessed Mother on the other. All about imitation of Our Lord's filial love for His Mother. Leads the soul to be an apostle in daily life; bringing others to Jesus and Mary.
